About Youthful Futures
The world of work is being rewritten. Young people should have a hand in writing it.
AI and new technologies are changing what work looks like, what skills matter and how people learn. For young people with limited access to opportunity, there is a real risk of being left out of a transition they did not choose.
There is also a real opening. Learning has never been more within reach, if young people have the confidence to take on something unfamiliar, the agency to make their own choices, and the support to grow stronger from setbacks rather than simply survive them.
Youthful Futures is being built to help make that opening real: alongside young people, the people who work with them, and partners who share the ambition.
